2.Method – How to make chocolate nuts dessert
To make Chocolate Nuts Dessert, first of all you have to roast the dry fruits and to roast the dry fruits, add pistachios, cashews and almonds in a pan and roast all three with a spatula on a low flame. You have to roast dry fruits on low flame for 5 minutes only.
Keep the flame low so that the dry fruits do not burn. After 5 minutes, turn off the gas and take out the dry fruits in a plate and keep them to cool down. Then melt the dark chocolate. To melt the chocolate, first the chocolate has to be finely chopped. By doing this the chocolate melts quickly.
After chopping the chocolate finely with a knife, keep it in a heatproof bowl. Then put some water in a saucepan and keep it for heating. You don’t have to take much water, the water should be so much that the bowl in which there are chocolates. When you place that bowl on top of the pan, the bottom of the bowl should not touch the water and the bowl should also fit on the pan.
When the water starts to boil, slow down the flame and keep a bowl containing chocolate on top of the pan, add heavy cream to it and mix the cream and chocolate with a spatula and keep stirring till it melts. When the chocolate melts, turn off the gas and keep the bowl containing the chocolate off the pan.
Then add roasted dry fruits to this melted chocolate and mix it well with a spatula. After that take a mold and grease it with oil. Then put butter paper in the mold. You have to apply butter paper on the bottom and sides of the mold as well. That’s why apply in a big butter paper mold.
Now put the melted chocolate in the mold in which you have mixed the dry fruits, spread that melted chocolate with a spatula and also tape it and keep the mold in the fridge for 2 hours to set. After 2 hours, take out the mold from the fridge and now holding the butter paper from the side, take it out of the mold.
After that cut the chocolate into square pieces with a knife. In this way your chocolate nuts dessert is ready. Which has become very yummy to eat.
