To make semolina khandvi, first sift semolina in a bowl. By sifting, all the pebbles or kernels present in the semolina will come out and the batter will be good.

After filtering, add salt and water to semolina and mix with the help of a spoon and leave it like this for 5 minutes. (Recipe of Namak Pare)
Let it cool completely and then cut with a knife and make rolls. Then place these rolls on the serving platter. Then serve hot.
Keeping 15 minutes will make the batter good. Now add chopped vegetables i.e. onions, green chilies, mustard seeds, red chilies, cumin seeds etc. and mix it well.
Now add eno to it and mix it well and add one spoon of oil and mix it well. Then put the pan on the gas and heat it by adding one spoon of oil.
After the oil is hot, add the batter and cook the Khandvi on low flame. Keep in mind that you keep stirring it continuously so that lumps do not form. You can cover the pan if you want.
When it becomes slightly thick, turn off the flame and keep the mixture covered, so that it remains warm. Now spread the hot mixture on a greased plate with a flat spatula as much as possible.

4 bowls - semolina 2 glasses of water 1 packet - Eno 1 tsp - red chili 1 tsp - cumin 1 tsp - mustard seeds to taste - salt 2 spoons - oil 1- Onion (finely chopped) 2- Green chili (finely chopped)
Sieve the semolina in a bowl and prepare the batter by adding all the ingredients.
Add salt and water to the semolina, mix with the help of a spoon and leave it like this for 5 minutes.
Now put the griddle on the gas and cook the Khandvi on low flame by adding one spoon of oil, batter.
When it becomes slightly thick, turn off the flame and keep the mixture covered, so that it remains warm.
