Yellow Capsicum – 1

Tomato – Tomato – 2

Carrot – 1

Oil – Oil – 2 small spoon

Green Chilli – 1, finely chopped

Ginger – 1/2 tsp, grated

Black Pepper – 1/2 small spoon, crushed

Chilli Flakes – 1/2 small spoon

Salt – 3/4 small spoon

Tomato Sauce – 4 small spoon

Cream – Malai – 1/4 cup

Step-2. Process of boiling Macaroni Pasta

Add 2.5 cups of water, ½ small spoon salt and 1 tsp oil in a pan. Now cover it on high flame and let it boil. When it starts boiling, put 1 cup of pasta in it and cook it on medium flame for 9-10 minutes while stirring occasionally.

After the time is over, turn off the flame and filter them immediately and keep them in a sieve on another bowl. Stir them once and let them cool slightly.

Step-3. Ingredients required for Macaroni Veg Pasta

Peel the carrots, wash them thoroughly and dry them. Similarly wash and dry green capsicum, yellow capsicum and tomato. Now cut them as you want, remember to remove the seeds and the middle part of capsicum and tomato.

After cutting the vegetables, put 2 tbsp oil in the pan and heat it. Add 1 finely chopped green chilli after removing seeds and ½ small spoon grated ginger in hot oil. Fry them lightly and add chopped carrots, green capsicum and yellow capsicum to it.

Fry them on high flame while stirring continuously for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomatoes to it and stir continuously and fry for ½ minute. After ½ minute add ½ small spoon crushed black pepper, ½ tsp chili flakes, ¾ small spoon salt and 4 small spoon tomato sauce. Mix them well.

Then put boiled macaroni in it and mix it lightly. Then add ¼ cup cream and mix well. When mixed well, add some green coriander to it and mix. In this way Indian Macaroni Veg Pasta will be ready. Serve it and enjoy its taste.
